The short version: if you say yes, we count your visit so we can make the site better. Anything else, you choose to tell us. We use it to reply to you, and we never sell it. ## 1. Who we are This website, urbanpixel.io, is run by Urban Pixel LLC, a web design and development studio based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. What we collect when you contact us The enquiry form on this site does not store anything. When you press send, it opens WhatsApp or your email app with your message already written, and nothing reaches us until you send it from there. Once you do, we receive what you chose to share: usually your name, your company, your phone number or email address, and the details of your project. We use it to reply to you and, if we work together, to carry out the project. We do not sell it or pass it to anyone for advertising. ## 3. What is collected automatically Like every website, ours is delivered by a hosting company whose servers keep standard technical logs: your IP address, your browser and device type, and the pages requested. These logs are used to keep the site running and secure. ## 4. Visitor statistics and cookies We use Google Analytics to see how people use this site: which pages they open, how long they stay, roughly where they are (country and city), what device and browser they use, and how they found us. It saves small files called cookies in your browser so it can tell one visit from the next. We see totals, not names, and Google Analytics does not store your IP address. We use these numbers only to improve the site. We do not use advertising cookies. Google Analytics only starts if you press “Allow” in the cookie notice; press “No thanks” and nothing is counted or saved. Your answer is remembered in your browser so we don't ask on every page. Links to other websites Our work, blog and Marketing Tools pages link to websites we do not control, such as our clients' sites and the tools we recommend. Some links to tools may be affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you sign up, at no extra cost to you. Those sites have their own privacy policies. ## 6. How long we keep information We keep messages and project details for as long as we need them to work with you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete them. ## 7.
